 i feel like such a failure. today i've eaten:

- 2 packets of ramen noodles (they're so bad for you but they're all i had to eat)- 760 cal
- 3/4 of a weight watcher's muffin- over 100 cal
- 1 small apple w/ 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of pasta 
- 3/4 cup of sliced chicken


i don't even know how many calories i've had...  over the 1000 i planned on having..tomorrow i plan on having no more than 1000 and i will work out for an hour..i must!

24 hour fast??

Hello ladies, I hope all of you are doing well. I'm interested in doing a 24 hour fast and would like to know if any of you lovelies would like to join me. It will be a liquid fast consisting of 0 and low-calorie drinks such as diet coke, coke zero, water, propel, tea, etc. If any one would like to join, just let me know! Thanks ladies!

I am a mess. I miss my boyfriend alot and I've never missed anyone this much...it's starting to scare me. I'm a pretty independent person, not ever needing someone to help me through things. But he's so different. I've come to realize that we all need someone. We can't live life alone, shutting people out. It took some time for me to relaize this but it has greatly changed my perspective on things. He and I got into a little fight but we were mature adults and worked through it. I also never talk about my feelings but with him it's so easy. If I'm upset or sad I know that he'll be there for me. He and I have more than a "boy-friend/girlfriend" relationship, we have a friendship...Ahhh I miss him dearly. One more week til I'm able to see him. 7 days to whip my body into shape. I can do it and I will....
